As your Personal trainer Joe's role will be help you achieve your specific goal by focusing on four pillars of health and fitness, Exercise, Nutrition, Well Being, Rest and Recovery.
Joe's coaching sessions are suitable for all levels and he has worked with clients with a ride range of goals such as fat loss, body composistion, sports spercific, heath & well being, prehab & rehab, as well as pre & postnatal.
Group Personal Training
Training with a partner or friend can be a great way to motivate each other- it's fun, interactive and creates a bit of friendly competition.

State of the art functional training equipment based mainly around free weight resistance training
Custom built 15 metre track, designed to push, pull and carry weights
Private one-to-one training or shared sessions (up to 3 people)
Sessions by appointment only; with appointed personal coach
Highly personalised experience in a friendly setting
Group class experiences for up to 10 people – intimate and highly effective fitness classes focused on strength training
